Recommendation of the Register of Copyrights and Decision of the Librarian of Congress on Rates and Terms for Webcasting and Ephemeral Recordings Posted to Website

The recommendation of the Register of Copyrights and the decision of the Librarian of Congress announcing rates and terms for the statutory license for eligible nonsubscription services to perform sound recordings publicly by means of digital audio transmissions ("webcasting") under 17 U.S.C. Section 114 and to make ephemeral recordings of sound recordings for use of sound recordings under the statutory license set forth in 17 U.S.C. Section 112 has been posted on the Copyright Office website at www.copyright.gov/carp/webcast_regs.html

Limited portions of the decision have been omitted, because they contain information designated by the parties as confidential.
