Deadline Clarified for Reply Comments on Federal Copyright Protection for Pre-1972 Sound Recordings

Due to an error by the Federal Register, the deadline for submitting reply comments to the Copyright Office in its study on the desirability and means of bringing pre-1972 sound recordings under federal jurisdiction was misstated in the Notice of Inquiry published in the Federal Register on November 3. Reply comments will be due on January 19, 2011. Initial comments remain due on December 20, 2010.
