Copyright Office Announces Fill-In Statement of Account Forms Available on Website
The Copyright Office announces that, beginning with the 2010/2 accounting period, the cable and satellite statement of account (SOA) forms can be completed online on the Copyright Office website at www.copyright.gov/licensing/ldocs.html. You must print the completed form, sign it with an original signature, apply the appropriate calculations, and submit the form by postal mail. To save a completed form, you must use software capable of saving filled-in forms.
