Federal Copyright Protection for Pre-1972 Sound Recordings: Comments

Comments in response to this Notice of Inquiry were due January 31, 2011. The Office has received 58 separate comments from 57 commenters, which are posted below. In addition, the Office has received 231 copies of a form letter originalted by Grooveshark.
