  • One song with music by one person and lyrics by a different person.

  • One song with music and lyrics by one person embodied in a recording where a different person performed the song.

  • One song with music and lyrics by one person embodied in a recording where two or more people performed the song.

  • One recording featuring two or more singers, musicians, or other performers.

  • One film or video featuring two or more actors or performers.
  • Only one individual created the work.

  • All of the material you intend to submit to the Copyright Office was created by the same individual.
