eCO Navigation Tips

The navigation links shown on the left side of your screen correspond to each section of the application. Next to each link is a checkbox indicating whether that section of the application has been completed. All of the checkboxes must be marked “completed” before the application may be submitted.

After entering all required information on a screen, click the “Continue” button at the top of the screen to save the information and proceed to the next screen.

You may skip to a specific screen by clicking the corresponding navigation link shown on the left side of your screen, but be sure to click “Continue” to save the information you entered on the current screen.

Note: You must click “Continue” even if the information requested on that screen is optional.

When you reach the “Review Submission” screen, carefully review all the information you provided for accuracy. Use the navigation links to go to a particular section if corrections are needed, then return to “Review Submission” screen to add the case to your cart or save the application for submission at a later date.
