Copyright Office Announces Technical Amendments

The Copyright Office announces technical amendments to the regulation permitting copyright applicants to request reconsideration of Office decisions to refuse registration. The regulation was published on December 28, 2004. This announcement corrects references to the regulatory citation governing the fees charged copyright applicants for the first and second requests for reconsideration. (Read further information.)
