May 2014 Public Roundtable:

The Copyright Office held a public roundtable on the rights of “making available” and “communication to the public” in Washington, D.C., on May 5, 2014. The roundtable focused on the topics listed in the Office’s February 25, 2014 Notice of Inquiry and the public comments submitted in response to that Notice. (See final roundtable agenda)

The roundtable was divided into five sessions as follows:
