U.S. Copyright Office Extends Deadline for Comments on Music Streaming Fraud Notice of Inquiry

The Copyright Office is extending the deadline to submit comments in response to its October 7, 2026, notice of inquiry on music streaming fraud. Initial comments are due by 5:00 p.m. eastern time on December 18, 2026, and reply comments are due by 11:59 p.m. eastern time on January 29, 2027.
